I was there at 2:00pm I ordered two venti Lemonade and after 12 minutes still waiting so I asked girl when I will get my drinks then she said they are busy with drive through, first before me walk in. I saw 5 peoples and two was standing and talking, there was no other customers inside I was only one at that time ,They don't know what busy is. They don't need to be rude.
Definitely an off experience. I went to Starbucks drive thru they got my order wrong but that’s OK but then the guy started overly explaining what was going on and giving me a big attitude. I am a caregiver so I pick up coffee for an elderly patient. It’s her one treat for the day so I was just trying to get the order correct didn’t think it was a big deal until he had an attitude for no reason sadly. Also on a previous visit the lid wasn’t tight and it went all over my vehicle, so it’s a little disappointing. I do come here... read more
I like this store clean, and the staff are friendly Surprisingly they have a good stock of merchandise (while quite a few other stores around were running out). If you are into Starbucks stuff, you may want to check here
