I usually don't post about things like this but the service here was not very good when I got up to the drive-thru I paid right away and then sat there and watched the Baristas make about 3 or 4 drinks before he made my drink and gave it to me period it was a cold brew venti iced with non-dairy vanilla sweet cream and he said he had to remake it. Went into Starbucks at 2pm today, got my drink and pumpkin loaf (the loaf was a bit more dry than usual), and stayed there for a few hours while my car was being serviced. I asked for the bathroom code around 4pm and was asked if I made a purchase. "Yes". "You did?" I was questioned again by the tall bald worker. That was a bit frustrating because it felt like being accused of lying. A bit later I asked for a cup of water and yet again by a different worker I was asked if I made a purchase.
