Horrible.
One of the WORST Starbucks. I’ve been to this location twice and I always ask for light ice. Neither times they did. If anything they put extra ice. Never going to this location again.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so profoundly disappointing that I felt compelled to do so. I have ordered the exact same customized drink from this location on at least three separate occasions without issue. My order is a Venti Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with several customizations, served in a Trenta cup with extra ice.
