Very disappointing. I went and ordered at 9 am in the store and my drink was not ready still by 9:40 so I had to ask for a refund because I was not going to wait an hour or more. Not enough staff and the 3 girl staff working at the time were very unprofessional to costumers.
I'd give this location more than 5 stars if I could! I've had a project in the area and have enjoyed being able to stop in. Always such great smiling faces to greet you and drinks made perfectly ever time! Thanks for making my days!!
They make my day!!! The staff remembers me from previous trips there and are always kind. They make you feel welcomed every time. Sometimes I like to switch things up and although I try and hurry if it's busy they never get annoyed or rush me like other companies have before. Just great employees all around!!!
This location is a bit more compact, better go there for takeout. The orders usually take longer than the estimated time (5-10min, even in non-peak hours), but they make them with care and seldom make mistakes.
