I came in for a tea because it was cold and my bus was 15 minutes out. I usually like to put ALL my condiments in my drink, but I didn't tell them --- so the tea bag, honey was put in for me -- but it was my fault! I didn't realize until I asked for the honey and the lovely girl told me she put it in! Then when I sat down to ENJOY it, I saw she had written that word on my cupwith an accompanying exclamation point . . . and EVERYTHING in the was fine from that moment on! Very disappointing. I went and ordered at 9 am in the store and my drink was not ready still by 9:40 so I had to ask for a refund because I was not going to wait an hour or more. Not enough staff and the 3 girl staff working at the time were very unprofessional to costumers.
I'd give this location more than 5 stars if I could! I've had a project in the area and have enjoyed being able to stop in. Always such great smiling faces to greet you and drinks made perfectly ever time! Thanks for making my days!!
