I ordered one simple drink and it took 30 minutes. Will not be back. This has happened multiple times.
they served me my Venti refresher halfway full…..never again!
I've been to this location quite a bit, as it is convenient for me usually, but this is it, I AM DONE. Constantly making mistakes on orders, forgetting items, and just a general lack of wanting to do a good job it seems. If you complain noor even just point out their mistakes, they always pass the blame, no one takes accountability for messing up. If you can, avoid this location and drive the extra few minutes over to the Starbucks at The Point on independence. Vastly better experience there.
