This location does not know how to make a matcha latte. I’ve tried going on different days and at different times, and every single matcha I’ve gotten isn’t blended and is full of clumps.

Seems to worry about call in orders only...allows you to stand inline until you give up on them to take your order... They want you to stand in front of the cash Register and call in your order... This is a place for coffee. Starbucks management better do something about this or else you'll be closing stores quickly
Ordered a cold brew with no ice expecting a strong, smooth coffee, but it was completely watered down. Barely tasted like coffee. Starbucks used to be consistent, but lately it feels hit or miss and today was definitely a miss. Please do better with consistency.
