Nah morning crew shift from the drive thru (01/24 5:30-6:00AM) did me dirty 😒😞. My venti was more like a grande. Didn’t realize it was 50% foam until I drove out of the lot. 😐🫠
I wish I could give ZERO stars. My experience at this Starbucks was extremely disappointing. The staff were unprofessional and unwilling to listen to customer feedback. When the wrong drink was served, I requested a replacement, only to be told that my original order was not possible. If that was the case, why wasn’t I informed at the time of ordering? Shout out to Jasmine for making my birthday a little more special. She provided great customer service & was very friendly. I redeemed my birthday reward & she threw in a free cake pop & she went the extra mile to write “happy birthday” on the bag. Thank you, Jasmine! I was also trying matcha for the first time & she said if I didn’t like it, she’d make me a different drink. (I did end up liking the matcha)
Barista Jazmine went above & beyond, I do appreciate her persistence in helping me get an item I was looking for, she made the visit an experience I had never had at other locations. Rosecrans & Euclid Starbucks is my new home. Thank you Jasmine
