Wonderful baristas who are very polite and very helpful. Drinks are great. Food is very good. Service is perfect and provided by wonderful people.

In between slow and lazy.
i order hot tea here all the time, because it's near work. today i get a venti cold water with 2 tea bags in it. wouldn't i have ordered ice tea, if that's what i wanted? is the hot water dispenser inoperative? i rated low service, as well, because neither of the 2 employees who handled the cup noticed it wasn't hot. full disclosure, i should have noticed myself. had to get to work, so that's what i get for rushing. lol
