i order hot tea here all the time, because it's near work. today i get a venti cold water with 2 tea bags in it. wouldn't i have ordered ice tea, if that's what i wanted? is the hot water dispenser inoperative? i rated low service, as well, because neither of the 2 employees who handled the cup noticed it wasn't hot. full disclosure, i should have noticed myself. had to get to work, so that's what i get for rushing. lol
Music tends to be load not conducive to in person conversations or phone calls. Generally most every one I've seen there have there own headset for music. So it could be toned down to one third the volume currently set to. This provides a nice balance for conversations in person and phone calls.
I rarely leave reviews, but I had to for Jeff. His service is truly one-of-a-kind. He was incredibly professional and always had a great smile
I ordered an iced coffee with foam on top and cream included in the drink. When I received it, the cream was missing. Because the foam filled the cup to the top, there was no room to add cream myself. When I approached a barista to explain that cream was part of the order, I was directed to the condiment bar instead. I had the drink ready to show that cream was listed, but I felt dismissed.
