Good hot chocolate
Unfortunate experience at Starbucks with barista Nina. Awkward interaction as she didn't acknowledge my presence until I greeted her, and even then, my greeting was dismissed. Hoping Nina finds more happiness in her life. 🙁☕ #CustomerService
While I went to DMV kiosk, my husband ordered our usual drinks of doppio (hot) and pike coffee with a side of half & half and ice on tall cup. The barista name Kelsey or Kessly (spelling?) who worked on July 20 Thurs. at past 12n, was not giving us "The Starbucks" quality service that we know of. She is by far the stingest barista we have ever encountered. I absolutely love this location. The barista‘s are amazing, and on most occasions they already have my coffee made before I get to the ordering desk
Always decent, gets you woke when needed. Go for the blonde roasts and cold filtered coffees for higher caffeine content.
