Be careful they charge what ever they want without noticed. I ordered dragons drink without ice she charged me $1 extra. When I ask she told because new policy but I used app order same size same order just$5.45 and she give me attitude. Barista is Kathy.
Good hot chocolate
Unfortunate experience at Starbucks with barista Nina. Awkward interaction as she didn't acknowledge my presence until I greeted her, and even then, my greeting was dismissed. Hoping Nina finds more happiness in her life. 🙁☕ #CustomerService
While I went to DMV kiosk, my husband ordered our usual drinks of doppio (hot) and pike coffee with a side of half & half and ice on tall cup. The barista name Kelsey or Kessly (spelling?) who worked on July 20 Thurs. at past 12n, was not giving us "The Starbucks" quality service that we know of. She is by far the stingest barista we have ever encountered.
