Kathy is skipping people orders I was in line first There was a lady behind me Who got her coffee drinks first which is crazy cuz she had 2 drinks and I had one drink only Would not recommend getting your drinks at this Starbucks location in Albertson because they will be skipping your orders which is ridiculous. Never coming back here again.
New morning employees will ignore you and complete online ordering or stand behind the machinery and chat it up. Third time this has happened.
Nice location for a quick latte!
Be careful they charge what ever they want without noticed. I ordered dragons drink without ice she charged me $1 extra. When I ask she told because new policy but I used app order same size same order just$5.45 and she give me attitude. Barista is Kathy.
