This has got to be the the worst starbucks I have ever been to. The service is horrible tha baristas barely do their job. I have never had an issue with asking for something on the side from my drink but here. Take the extra time and drive to the one down the road in front of Randalls they are way nicer and very helpful.

I visited the location on July 8th around 4:00pm and had a very horrible experience. First of all, I waited about 15 to 20 minutes for my order to be taken which is unacceptable. There were three employees working at the time and they were focused on getting orders out instead taking customers' orders. It seems like the customers in the drive thru were getting their orders faster than the customers on the inside. In addition, I recently broke my ankle which I parked in handicap parking.
