My order was completely wrong asked for venti( large) received small! Also asked for my drink to be a hot hot dirty chi latte the lady taking my order didn’t even know what that was then I explained it was a chi tea with a shot of expresso but then received a iced chi tea. Traveled through and stopped for coffee. Super awesome customer service!
We went inside. Nobody else was in there. A few vehicles in the drive through. They worried too much about taking care of the drive. For we stood there and waited for ever nobody came and talked to us.Nothing finally, we just walked out and left.If you don't care of the people standing inside your business, then don't offer business inside!!!!
