Just got short changed on a drink at the Starbucks located in Price Cutters in Ozark, MO. I do NOT recommend spending your $ there. I complained - 'have a nice day' was the reply. Wow!
I used to go here every morning and had exceptional service each time! I'm not sure what has happened the past couple of months, but things have gone down hill for the efficiency side of things. Each time I go, the wait turns into 20+30 minutes, when it used to be just a few minutes. Whether it's drive thru or in the store, it's the same dilemma. Even if I'm there at 6:00am before work or 10:00am on the weekend, still the same problem. The workers are phenomenal though, they always have a smile on their faces and try so hard... read more
