Can we please do something about how slow this location is.
I’m a very difficult customer. If my coffee isn’t right my day is ruined lmao. George and jojo get me right everytime tho and they do it fast. Highly recommend.
Went to the drive thru to place an order. It was pouring rain. The rain was bouncing off off the screen where you place the order and off of the metal box next to the screen. I rolled my windows down and was getting soaked. I place an order for a beverage. The Barista who was taking order got it wrong. I attempted to order again and the order appeared on the screen entirely different from what I ordered. Now completely soaked, I gave up and drove off.
The best Starbucks hands down. Amazing customer service and the staff is so friendly. Keegan specifically is so nice and makes your experience in the drive thru so easy going and will answer any questions that you have regarding the menu without hesitation.
