We’ve given this location so many chances and they always fail. From extreme wait times to wrong coffee every time we order, and even when the barista remakes the drink it is still incorrect. No need to respond with a corporate BS response either, as they do to other negative reviews.
Terrible service EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO. The workers are unprofessional and the management is even worse. I pay for my drink AND the extra sweeteners, syrups, and caramel — and they’re constantly left out. This has happened multiple times. When I point it out, they shrug and say “oh, we forgot” and expect me to just take it as-is. Funny how they never forget to CHARGE me, though.
I love the look and feel when I walk into the place the whole vibe looks and feels expensive. The prices are reasonable but it just something about it makes you feel like a million bucks while drinking your matcha

We came for breakfast and we waiting for our drinks while there food got cold.. to much talking.
