great service
Sent my husband to grab us coffees. He read it off exactly how I sent him. A venti hot coffee with 4 pumps of brown sugar , caramel sauce, and a splash of creamer. He comes back and I check it because he told me the cashier wasn’t understand. Sure enough it’s just a black coffee! No flavoring No cream. Very annoying.
7 people working, no one seemed to care. Coffee was horrible and when you pay it goes straight to 20 % tip. I will never go to a starbucks again and will tell everyone I know to avoid starbucks. Just awful.
We went in for coffee and cinnamon crumble cake which they do not carry at this location for some reason. It wasn’t busy at all, we were one of 2 customers. Our barista, Alex, seemed so irritated that we had the audacity to ask for cinnamon cake and barely was able to utter “no” to us when we asked for it. He was short, rude, and unfriendly. As tourists we expect just a little bit of kindness. Hello or welcome in, something. We felt like we were bothering him. Will not return to this location.
