The service here is great, they always make my orders on time and the staff is very kind when things run out or when a mistake is made. I've come here a lot so far and it's one of the best Service locations I've been to.
The only reason I gave them one star for service is because they didn’t have enough baristas to deal with the influx of middle schoolers at the place. Never go there at 3pm during the week. Horrible service, horrible atmosphere. I spent 30 minutes waiting on a drink that never came because I had to catch a train. So I paid 7.66 for nothing. NEVER AGAIN
It's actually freezing in here. How badly do you want to rush people from here, it's not like you don't have the space. This is a town full of older people, and not a single one comes here because you have the AC set to 40 below. People bring jackets during the summer.
I'm a fan of Starbucks generally, but this is my "home Starbucks" and special in many ways. It's set up so that people can work. I work from home and usually come in for a couple of hours every day, where I see a usual gang of others doing the same. I’ve been a mobile order customer at this location for the past year. Sometimes I sit in the cafe to do work. I’ve noticed the decline in customer service at this location for a while now, but yesterday was my last straw. There were two baristas I encountered yesterday. Jalen and a taller girl with blonde braids. It was very clear that my presence was an inconvenience for them.
