Terrible experience! We have been loyal Starbucks customers for years and have never had an issue until today. The young lady taking our order was extremely unprofessional, hostile, and acted like serving us was a burden. Mid-transaction, she made a comment to a coworker, took off her apron, and walked off right in front of us. The employee who stepped in was barely better, making it clear our presence was an inconvenience. A complete lack of basic customer service and professionalism.
