Jada, Kadyn, and Cora are absolutely amazing! From the cashier to the baristas. They made our stay at Myrtle Beach very remarkable by being friendly and welcoming. Kadyn even drew “moon” for my name and wrote “yum”!! And that makes my entire visit FABULOUS!! i love them 😍
They took our 2 coffee orders and applied all the extras from both drinks on one drink, and never made the second drink. Manager was rude and said the two of us only ordered one coffee and charged us for the second and the add ins again. Not helpful at all and no concern expressed. So cost more than it should and did nothing to fix the issue except charge us the extra add ins again even though it was their mistake. Very poor customer service, I recommend a different one.
It’s written that the store closes at 8 pm. We arrived at 7:51, but they sent us out because they had already shut down all the machines. We went there for our birthday drink. Very disappointing
Service & Stafg great. However, tried to leave a tip and card machine tricky a s did not let select that option. Probably costs the workers....would have left cash but did not have any, only card
