We came in on our last day of vacation. My daughter crying because she will miss the beach. We go to Starbucks at least 3 times a day at home. We love Starbucks. But today Miss. Bella went above. CC She saw my daughter upset and made her a special beach drink. Bella thank you for being you and thank you for noticing even your smallest customers.
Waited 20 mins today for a frappe just to tell them we don’t have the mix then why take the order now waiting in line again 10+ mins just to get a refund absolutely the worst customer service i have ever experienced at Star bucks
BIG thank you to Esmeralda for always making my coffees delicious and so quick before my shift! Shes always so sweet and Remembers my order since the first time i ordered. 10/10 love this place and that girl!♥️
