I just watched the barista. Take an empty milk jug. Push it into the garbage with both hands. And not wash her hands and continue making coffee mmmmm.
If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I ordered a half-sweet oat milk mocha today and was met with unfriendly service from the start, not even a simple “hello,” just judgmental looks. The cashier repeated my order several times in a tone that felt mocking rather than clarifying. Never ever not once have they ever gotten my order right. I pre-order on the app up to 15 minutes before I get there and still have to ask where it is. Three times now they've put dairy in an oat drink and I can't have dairy. I'm done trying.
