Never ever not once have they ever gotten my order right. I pre-order on the app up to 15 minutes before I get there and still have to ask where it is. Three times now they've put dairy in an oat drink and I can't have dairy. I'm done trying.
Nice staff but almost every time they mess up my order, even somehow plain tea.
Favorite sbux around! Extremely friendly staff, super careful with every order!
