This is my favorite Starbucks mainly because of the staff. They are unbelievably kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring, and they make every visit feel special. Their positive energy alone is enough to make my day better.

The drinks were fine, but the hygiene standards need attention. Two employees had their hair hanging loose while preparing orders. One had her hair tied but still falling everywhere, and the other had long curly hair that was completely untied and covering her face when she leaned forward. For a food and beverage setting, this felt inappropriate. I would appreciate better adherence to basic hygiene practices.

I just watched the barista. Take an empty milk jug. Push it into the garbage with both hands. And not wash her hands and continue making coffee mmmmm.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I ordered a half-sweet oat milk mocha today and was met with unfriendly service from the start, not even a simple “hello,” just judgmental looks. The cashier repeated my order several times in a tone that felt mocking rather than clarifying. When I noticed the barista didn’t wipe down the steam wand after frothing regular milk, I politely asked if she could clean it since I’m lactose intolerant.
