Very good customer service the people working here are so kind and welcoming, very fun vibes, and Hasti recommended me a very good drink it was an iced matcha latte w matcha cold foam and it was phenomenal!

Disgusting service at this location. Ordered my drink and when the male persian(yes, it's relevant) barista read my name he pronounced it as "kuni". A derogatory slang word in farsi. A Persian female employee laughed, a second Persian employee looked at my cup and bent over laughing. She turned out to be the manager. I confronted them at how he purposely pronounced, and the all looked nervous and denied it.
Ordered blonde roast coffee with oat milk on mobile order, the one staff on duty chose to leave my order without a lid until I arrived, just to ask how much oat milk I wanted. Unfortunately even with that, the coffee taste was not there. Voiced my concern while on-site, and I was told that's what I ordered and there's nothing wrong with the coffee.
