Everyone who works there seems unhappy and depressed, which makes me feel sorry for them and reluctant to go.
I ordered a regular matcha and a Dragon Fruit Refresher at this location online so I could just come, pick up my order, and leave because I was in a rush. In the end, I waited for two damn drinks for 25-30 minutes. I didn’t make any super customizations I only asked for less ice and 2 scoops of dragon fruit. Seriously, couldn’t 3 baristas make two drinks for at least 10 min?
