Drinks all made wrong even after going over the order “corrected it” and drinks still made wrong on top of them being out of half of everything and so little ice being put in the drinks they’re still practically warm
Miss Loreta Always make my drink. I have special drink that she always makes for me which is straberry short cake Frappuccino.Service is very good. Positive attitude towards everyone. What amaze me is she knows all the names and the drink of the regular costumers.
Expect to wait 30 min plus for a simple Americano order during peak times. They are not staffed properly and even bicker with each other in front of the customers.
Sell mobile orders for out of stock items and expect the customer to figure it out upon arrival. Wasted 20mins waiting for an order listed as complete but not because they did not have ingredients. Settled for an alternative after I had to ask for a status on my original order. Figure out how to do mobile orders correctly or don't list your store as an option.
