Clean, and neat but strict new pay rules, such as you can't use their restroom unless you pay (buy something), you can't sit outside unless you pay, you can't seat in the dining room unless you pay.

Their in store service is sad, waited over 10 minutes and no service I had to order online and there are a couple of employees that treat their job as a chore, pretty sad place.
