This has to be the worst Starbucks I've ever been to in every way... First of all, the most important part of the customer experience is the warm welcoming from the employees and sadly there was none of that. They also take extremely long to have the orders ready and it looks like there is no communication between them. I also overheard an exchange between an Uber driver and an employee where the driver wanted to use the restroom and they didn't allow him because he wasn't an actual customer, I thought that was so rude!! 10 outta 10 customer service from Kayla , she was super sweet !
I went to Starbucks to just get a water cup and usually all the Starbucks I go to just give it to me for free but when I went to ask for one, the lady said I had to buy something to get the free water cup like I never heard of that until today which I think was weird because that has never happened to me at all.
