Although many of the workers here are nice, one in particular (who i do not know the name of) has been disrespectful on several occasions. They have made my drinks wrong several times and gotten annoyed when asked to fix it, does not blend matcha powder in properly leading to low quality drinks, and has shown attitude on multiple occasions. Other than this particular worker, the other ones are all very kind and hard working, my drinks usually come out very well made.
