Everything was ok except when (tea-vana) teas are made for customers the same 190 degree water is used for standard coffee as is tea. This in effect burns the tea flavors rendering each drink bitter. I’m writing this so hopefully it will be checked on otherwise I like the Starbucks. It’s not just an issue of burning myself even after waiting but also a taste issue at this point.
