this location never follows my special requests correctly. should not be mixed i asked for upside down espresso poured over milk and ice but clearly it wasnt.
Every time I go here my refresher some how manages to get messed up. They keep putting lemonade in them WHEN I SPECIFICALLY TELL THEM NOT TO. Some of the staff are very disrespectful and just roll their eyes at me when I ask to get a new drink bc they out lemonade in my refresher when it clearly says water on the order. Maybe if they got it right the first time it wouldn’t be an issue but clearly they can’t do their job right.
Music inside was definitely too loud.
