I honestly love Starbucks but as religious person I don’t appreciate having “hell” written on my Starbucks cup. It does look like it could have been “hello” but I mean come on if u mess up just throw the cup away but to just serve it anyways ? I really hope you guys can fix this matter I said something to the barista but he seemed too busy to kinda like care so idk man not tryna be a Karen but this is kinda messed up
the staff was so genuinely friendly and polite. they made both of my drinks perfectly and i loved that they drew hearts on the cups.
Love the coffee, and the service is is friendly and efficient. Maybe a little too friendly unless you are a regular, they tend to chat it up and slow down the line. No problem if you aren't in a hurry. If you are, recommend you order ahead. The concrete floors are not inviting, dont help the acoustics at all and generally create an atmosphere similar to eating in a warehouse.
