Customer service is non existent at the Starbucks in Harris Teeter on Tea Planter Ln. We ordered on the app and when it said the order was ready we went inside to get it. There was nothing ready anywhere and so I asked the girl if we were in the right place to get the online order and she rudely answered it’s being made. I said ok, excuse me. Worker vacuuming and wouldn't stop to help anyone.
If I could give zero stars I would but their customer service sucks! She took everyone else’s orders ahead but when it was time to take mine she said sorry we can’t take your order… we have mobile orders to fill. Ummm okay I’ll go to dunkin then ✌🏼
