Don't even bother stopping at this location inside the mall while shopping. Showed up early at 1045am on a Sunday. 4 people standing behind the counter doing nothing and was told they weren't open till 11. No problem. I went and sat down with my wife and waited the 15minutes. At 11 we walked up stood there for almost 2 minutes before we were acknowledged but only because i had asked if they were open yet. I was a barista at another location for three years and can say for certain that not a single barista behind that counter know what they’re doing. Ordered two drinks 10 minutes prior to showing up, and when I did neither drink was finished. So I sat there with a line of 30+ people until one of my drinks came out. I stood there for ANOTHER TEN MINUTES before I just said something. Only 3 people behind the counter during Christmas week is the stupidest decision management has made.
