Starbucks inside Food City, east end, near Pals. This used to be my go to place for coffee, but after yesterday (July 10, 2026 around 11 a.m.), my family and I will not be back. My husband notice that one of our drinks didn’t look right and asked it to be remade. When he got home the rest of our 3 drinks were horrible and the grilled cheese was burnt! Consistency and good service 🤝 This Starbucks sits inside a grocery store but the flavor and customer service is consistent. Staff: 5/5 - very friendly, kind, and attentive. Atmosphere: could have used some counter wiping and cleaning but it was good overall Drink: the coffee was consistent. Bold, creamy, and consistent with their medium roast.
I tried the ice carmel macchiato. It was heavy on the sugar side. I didn't like it as much as McDonald's. I guess it depends on what you like. For me, a small was too much. Service was good. Seating was available.
Great service and product every time I go there.
