Employees are so rude ...I go to that Starbucks 3 times a week and for 2 years always rude. The drive to spring location is worth it.
After this review, I was contacted by Starbucks management and they were able to rectify and give me the points I would’ve earned if I went to Starbucks that does grant points. It’s amazing that there are Starbucks out there whether they’re in a brick and mortar or in a market they should all be able to give you points because it should be the same company should be the same across the board for everything. Don’t bother going to the Starbucks in Vons in Moorpark if you want to earn points on your Starbucks app. They scan you... read more
