I just wanted to take the time to comment on the exceptional customer service that Thana provided when I visited the Starbucks located inside the Ralph's in Moorpark, CA. on 9/30/24. She was extremely polite as well as efficient! I don't usually take the time to comment however it is rare to find someone who is so bright with such a good work ethic, I did not want her to go unrecognized!
Fantastic! I love this location, they are better than any location in the area!
Luis at Starbucks when it came to making a coffee at Starbucks that I have drank for many years he did not do his job right he put olive oil in my coffee instead sweetener.
