Hello, I would like to report an incident that occurred during my recent visit. A staff member was aggressive and impolite. When I placed my order, this person rudely told me to “speak louder next time” and then threw the cup forcefully, which I found very disrespectful. staff are nice and it's always clean but if there is a slower starbucks I hope I never find it. last visit they were out of filter coffee. three brews going and all empty! "do you mind waiting five minutes?" umm yes, yes I do? just make coffee!
The barista/cashier was super sweet (glasses, curly hair) and the drinks were delicious! Excellent service!
