I had another solid visit to Starbucks Coffee Company. The drinks were consistent and well-made, with plenty of options to choose from. The space felt comfortable and easy to relax in. Service was quick and friendly, keeping everything running smoothly. A dependable go-to when you need a reliable coffee fix.
I am so disappointed. This is my go-to spot, but they completely messed up our order today. We ordered an iced vanilla latte and a hot matcha latte, but we got a hot vanilla latte and an iced matcha latte instead. Even the sizes were wrong! I come here all the time, so this is a real letdown.
I went in on this Thursday the 12th at around 8:20 pm, My order was being taken by this man in the photo uploaded, at the moment I didn't think of taking a picture of him, the guy started off nice but slowly turned passive aggressive, I was being polite.
