I love going to the Starbucks here for an iced chai! Jemeca helped me the other day, and she was quick and efficient, and we also had a lovely conversation!
I LOVE GOING TO THIS LOCATION…jemeca make my visits so wonderful she makes my drinks extra perfect. Definitely need more employees like her ! Always communicates and makes my mornings so much better with her notes on my cup.. love her.
Baristas, Jemeca and Shyla have definitely won me over! They constantly deliver quality drinks.I try to stick to my usual but they said,"trust me" and boom I'm in love! I tried something new this morning (Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte) and it was yummy. I usually visit 1-2 times per week, but now it's become an everyday affair! So glad they're at this location.
Today I received excellent customer service from Jemeca and Kathy. The both of them made me feel very welcomed and mamacha iced latte was so good as well. The next time that i'm in the area, I will be stopping by and recommending the Starbucks in Kroger.
