Bad service, Always wait and missing drink,
I went to Starbucks pick up only on Broadway and 36th st and This was the WORSE matcha latte… only milk. I wasted my money and I will never go back 😞😞😞😞😞Horrible
I tried to find somewhere to submit positive feedback about this store on the Starbucks website, but unfortunately this doesn’t seem to be an option. Anyway, the team at this store is consistently killing it; kind, friendly and efficient. I wanted to give a shout out in particular to Jerry at the pickup counter, who always greets everyone with a genuine smile and kindness. By far this is my favorite Starbucks and that’s saying a lot because I go to Starbucks pretty much everyday. It’s been well over a year since I worked in the area and I just miss their services and friendliness. They always knew how to make my drink just right. I went there a couple of weeks ago and they were happy to see me which made me feel good. I miss them. 👍🏿
