Ashlyn was awesome and positive! My Matcha was great.
Absolutely terrible customer service this morning. The store wasn’t busy at all, yet we ordered first and somehow received our drinks last, after multiple customers who came in after us. that’s ok I dont mind However, the girl at the register acted like customers were an inconvenience. No greeting, no acknowledgment, just a cold, miserable attitude. If you’re in a bad mood, that’s your problem! but don’t take it out on paying customers. This is customer service, not a favor.
