Asked a team member if they grind beans, she said yes, so I purchased the beans in target, walked back over and they then told me they couldn’t.
Unfortunately, today’s experience wasn’t the best. The employee who helped us wasn’t very friendly when taking our order. I asked for a horchata without coffee, but she seemed unsure about the drink. I’ve ordered this horchata before and really enjoyed it, but today it tasted completely different—mostly like flavored water with ice. I hope the staff can be a little more welcoming with customers and more familiar with the drinks they serve.

Absolutely terrible customer service this morning. The store wasn’t busy at all, yet we ordered first and somehow received our drinks last, after multiple customers who came in after us. that’s ok I dont mind However, the girl at the register acted like customers were an inconvenience. No greeting, no acknowledgment, just a cold, miserable attitude. If you’re in a bad mood, that’s your problem! but don’t take it out on paying customers. This is customer service, not a favor.
