Tried to place order but got ignored, waited several mins, the staff saw me but she just turned her back on me and started doing something else.

I've been a customer here before and never had an issue like today. The employees were texting and holding personal conversations while a customer was trying to place an order. They appeared to be unbothered that there were customers waiting. It was VERY unprofessional. I'm a patient and understanding person, but that was NOT acceptable.
