OMG!!! Paola is the worst employee ever. Lazy and talks sooooo much that she is so unprofessional and lazy. Had a HUGE line and she didn’t care. Spoke for a long time with 2 customers/ people she knows and then She was just talking and talking and find the perfect time to talk to her “employee” (as she call her coworker) in the middle of making my drink. The manger or boss is so rude she has red hair anyway she's doesn't attend everyone with respect everytime I go she just puts the drink there and she gives me attitude it's not only with me alot more people have told me she's just the right person to be there Poor service and i feel like she should be replaced for someone else who's more respectful
Came here at 6:30 Sunday night the fat hippo w thick frame glasses said they were closed which seemed weird so I checked the hours of operation and when I came back to show her that it said they close till 8pm she got mad and started making excuses about the ice machine leaking around the corner or some thing like that
