I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Joseph at your Starbucks. He took care of our group of 20+ people, many of whom have special needs, and he was honestly amazing. From the moment we walked in, he was so kind, patient, and chill. Even with a big crowd and quite a few custom orders. He never seemed rushed or annoyed. Save your business for somewhere decent. This place isn't knowledgeable of its own menu, doesnt heat up the pastries. Shameful place. So bad that I can only recommend NOT to go!
Employees should be briefed on proper customer service. I understand that you may not be having a good day, but it is not the customer’s fault. The morning employee attending on 12/15/25 displayed a bad attitude while assisting. And also she was pulling trash from the trash can and continued preparing without washing her hands.
Second time I made Mobile order in this store, they didn’t have time to cook it, and at the first and second time I had to wait 30 minutes
