What a terrible Starbucks experience. This was my very first time dealing with such a rude drive-thru barista. On top of that, I paid extra for cold foam, but they didn't add any at all. It's ridiculous to charge customers for something they never receive. Very disappointing. 07/25/2026 at 5:20pm
I used to visit this Starbucks EVERYDAY but the customer service has really gone downhill. The drinks are inconsistent and rarely taste the way they should. It often feels like the baristas don't care about the quality of what they're serving, especially when you're paying $6 or more for a coffee. As a customer, you expect satisfaction you expect customer service at its best. This Starbucks is in its WORST! We liked coming here but now lately went Down! Customer service was very horrible and so disrespectful!!
