They don't give free water like all the other Starbucks do in this summer heat that's very cold thing to do to people I hope people stopped coming to this location don't support this greedy franchise
What a terrible Starbucks experience. This was my very first time dealing with such a rude drive-thru barista. On top of that, I paid extra for cold foam, but they didn't add any at all. It's ridiculous to charge customers for something they never receive. Very disappointing. 07/25/2026 at 5:20pm
I used to visit this Starbucks EVERYDAY but the customer service has really gone downhill. The drinks are inconsistent and rarely taste the way they should. It often feels like the baristas don't care about the quality of what they're serving, especially when you're paying $6 or more for a coffee.
