As a customer, you expect satisfaction you expect customer service at its best. This Starbucks is in its WORST! We liked coming here but now lately went Down! Customer service was very horrible and so disrespectful!! I highly recommend going to any other Starbucks. This one has full of immature employees that mess up the orders constantly and make you wait for almost an hour. I don't recommend here at all. I had tl reorder a drink twice tonight. The workers are in their 20s fo 30s acting childish. The Starbucks in Beverly is so much nicer and understanding than here. Lately I’ve had several bad experiences with online orders. They either give me the wrong order, ignore customizations, or the drink just tastes bad. Most of the time it ends up tasting like watered-down or burned coffee, even when I only ordered a caramel frappe, which is the complete opposite of what I asked for.
