Lately I’ve had several bad experiences with online orders. They either give me the wrong order, ignore customizations, or the drink just tastes bad. Most of the time it ends up tasting like watered-down or burned coffee, even when I only ordered a caramel frappe, which is the complete opposite of what I asked for. Try the grilled cheese to die for
On Saturdays after work I stop by and pick up something. It's always busy but I'm still out of there at a reasonable time. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Let me begin by saying, I can be a creature of habit. On rough days in the office, I fly over to Starbucks for my caffeine boost on my lunch break. Apparently I must go pretty often, because the Drive Thru person already recognizes my name and voice. They even know when I come later than normal. It's so sweet. I was walking back into the office and saw my cup. This honestly made my day. Thank you, my Barista! One day I'll have to actually go inside the store to say thank you, instead of rolling thru the drive-thru.
