I’ve never had a bad experience at this Starbucks until today. Earlier around 11:50am I ordered a drink with a caramel drizzle on top and they forgot to add it so I politely asked the lady who handed me my drink at the drive thru if she could add the caramel drizzle she then gives me horrible customer service and attitude. Lady at the drive thru was extremely rude and had horrible customer service as she gave me attitude and dirty looks.
I don’t usually post google reviews but I came in with friends and Anthony was super friendly so I had to! I always get an Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso and it was great! Will return if I’m ever in Reno again!
Love coming in here. Staff are always friendly! Anthony recommended a chai latte since I've never had one and it was amazing! 10/10 would recommend :)
There's this barista, cant quite seem to remember his name...starts with an "A" I think? But, he always has on a super warm smile and is extremely accommodating. Oh, the coffee is always on point too
