Drive thru with long wait but order was correct.
Very clean and well kept inside.. always top quality drinks with their own distinct flavor with the Starbucks beans.\nNot the greatest parking situation outside other than that.Great spot to travel to
My drink is never made correctly at this specific location & they are closed often during what should be normal business hours. Would recommend visiting a different Starbucks locations in Reno instead of this one.
I’ve never had a bad experience at this Starbucks until today. Earlier around 11:50am I ordered a drink with a caramel drizzle on top and they forgot to add it so I politely asked the lady who handed me my drink at the drive thru if she could add the caramel drizzle she then gives me horrible customer service and attitude. She took my drink back and mocks me to her coworkers and proceeds to bad mouth me and complain to them despite me being polite about the whole situation because I payed for the extra Carmel drizzle This no... read more
Lady at the drive thru was extremely rude and had horrible customer service as she gave me attitude and dirty looks.
