What has happened to this location? I come to this area several times a year for work, and always stop at the McLaws Cir location where I have received impeccable service from cheery and polite staff. This trip, July 2026, I have been in the store five times, when they are not busy, and not yet has anyone greeted me or even said you're welcome after I say thank you. The happiest employees I've ever seen. They remembered me after only one visit which is a big deal. My coffee was perfect. Alot of return customers because they were addressed by name. This store is doing something right.
My favorite Starbucks !!! Atmosphere is amazing! Barista’s are welcoming and make really great drinks. Food is delicious but most of all I look forward to seeing Blake who is amazing at making my favorite coffee drinks and gets me to try different styles of drinks. He is very outgoing and has so much positive energy and takes a lot of pride making everyone’s day a ball of sunshine! Thank you so much.
