Absolutely disgusting. Good they are closing.
Ordered a café mocha but they served me a matcha latte, I asked for a new one then and they told me “that’s what you ordered”… had to argue for 5mn to get what I paid for and don’t repay once more ! No paper in the restrooms plus it was really dirty.

I waited 20 min for a cold brew, which was a lot longer when the Broadway/Canal branch was still opened. I saw my drink sitting on their working counter for 5 min until I asked for it. After closing other branches, I don’t understand why there’re only 3 staff at this location in a busy weekday morning. Respects to the staff though.
