Went in today is my birthday and the lady gave me my drink for free not gonna say names but she was so amazing and made my day :)) definitely gonna come back to see her again!!
Staff needs training at the Safeway Starbucks. I tried to redeem my 200 stars for a free drink and they said it was restricted to 12 oz (tall) drip coffee. This is not true. I walked out and placed my order through the app at another location and got my free drink (any drink, any size).
Just went to Starbucks at Safeway and ordered a white chocolate mocha and pretty much just got a venti cup of milk. The girl barely put anything in it no flavoring no coffee and filled it pretty much all the way with milk it is the grossest drink I've ever drank in my entire life. I am so disappointed they really need to get somebody in there that knows how to make drinks cuz obviously she doesn't and then she got an attitude because I asked her for light ice. Always slow to get my drink the workers prefer to talk amongst one another
It could be a lot better I don't think your coffee is best need to work on changing everything around to make it better. It really sucks
