Ally helped my daughter and I today when we stopped in after school. She was so sweet and so kind and really made a great experience for both of us. She offered new things for us to try that ended up being amazing. She truly is a gem and we appreciate her so much! Thank you, Ally, for being such a kind and wonderful person!

I see with the review history that management doesn't read or reply to reviews...that's sad. Prices got raised and customer service got lowered. Worse interaction at a Starbucks ever! Was given the wrong drink in the drive thru, no big deal, it's an easy fix. So, I went in the store to let them know. I found the employee that was helping the drive thru employee and I said that I got the wrong drink and what I was supposed to have. His reply was "I didn't take your order" and turned away from me.
