PSA- this is one of those Starbucks that can look empty but gets a lot of online orders. So you can be first/only one in line and still end up w/ 15-20 minutes for simple single coffee order.
My boyfriend went to Starbucks to order something for us for the first time today. It was very busy but he had patience to wait. He was in line for 10mins along with many others behind him. A white man came in and cut the line and was served quickly. Manager Constance is a train wreck she should be fired for how unorganized the store is very hectic environment friendly baristas but management needs a change asap
Every time I order a caramel macchiato from here, it tastes like bitter black coffee. In contrast, when I purchase from another Starbucks, the taste is night and day different.
