Terrible service at this location. The manager in charge had zero desire to help making the situation worse. Very low energy in this store. They never acknowledge when you walk into the store. Just a horrible experience every time in this location.
Great location, friendly baristas. They even gave me a free breakfast item when I ordered today.
Wonderful
Horrible service, the people who are working lack a lot of education. After we were waiting for the order, my daughters and I needed the bathroom and the worker with pink hair did not want to, she simply preferred to let us cancel the order because she did not lend us the bathroom. She said it was not working and a few minutes ago my husband had used it. Terrible service.
