Awful three people back there just talking gave a grande when we paid For a Venti people are walking out of line because they’re taking so long. It’s one person doing it and they’re all just talking.
Ryen is extremely rude and unwelcoming, when i told her i wanted to add something else she looked at me pissed and told me she couldnt with attitude, even after i offered to pay for the difference. I then asked for her name when she gave me my drink, got her name and as i was going away i turned back and she was giving me a taunting smile like she achieved something. If you hate your job thats not my problem go work somewhere else.

I asked for a strawberry açaí with apple juice. I saw the girl who made use water rather than what I asked for. I went back to ask if apple juice was used and she said “yeah” even tho I saw her use water. I’ve never had a refresher taste so sour and disgusting.
