I know it’s hard to keep the same baristas but I just don’t know what my drink will taste like anytime I order. These drinks are not cheap. I enjoy good coffee& this used to be my favorite location but it’s just not the same anymore. I can literally walk in and know my drink won’t be good bc it’s another new person or my drink isn’t dark enough, or blonde enough. I just may have to start saving my money and kicking my habit bc it’s not worth the money!
I've been going here for five years and recently the service has been getting worse the drinks came in broken cup
The worst service I've ever had at a Starbucks. I ordered a white chocolate mocha frappuccino and they gave me a horchata one, so gross! And they refused to change my order.
