I visit this location often, especially since it’s close to HEB and it’s a common trend to be a hit or miss. It’s frustrating to order and pay for a venti drink that isn’t filled all the way up to the top. If I pay $7.52, respectfully I want all of my money’s worth. This drink drove me to write this review, because not only is it completely full of ice, but it still isn’t filled to the top.
Placed an order for pick up since I planned to use their facilities… Was greeted upon entry & my order was even prepared to perfection, however, what I didn’t enjoy were the filthy restrooms. I’m not sure how often they make rounds during their shifts, but an obvious giveaway that they can do so much better was the trash & debris on the cafe floor & in the restroom hallways. One of the slowest and worst Starbucks I've ever been to. 45 minutes for 3 drinks is ridiculous!
The Pecan Oatmilk Cortado is great!!
