Ordered 4 boxes of coffee at 6:30am. App said it would take 15-20 minutes. Instead it took 55 minutes. And employees use the little headsets to gossip immediately after making direct eye contact. Elizabeth has some work to do, especially when the employees due at 7am don’t walk in until 7:05. I guess employees aren’t held to showing up on time anymore.
I visited the Starbucks in midland tx big spring St. and had a very disappointing experience. My order consisted of 4 drinks and 4 sandwiches. The total wait time was about 40 minutes. After waiting so long, the sandwiches were cold because they had apparently been sitting while we waited for the drinks. When I told the employee with the green hair that I had been waiting for what felt like an hour, she corrected me and said it had only been 30 minutes. I came for my daughters owla water bottle and they closed at 10:00 and it was 9:43 and they locked the door and said "were closed", so they gave me no service!
