Just bought a $12 venti coffee with 90% ice. Drink was half full in 1 sip. Baristas shouldnt be this incompetent.
I am not the one to leave bad reviews but last night 11-23-25 around 9:30pm the girl running the drive through was so rude and seemed so bothered that my gf was trying to pick which pastry she wanted with her hot chocolate and didn’t even offer a suggestion or help with questions. She was so rude to say “ will that complete your order”. And it literally took almost half an hour to make 2 8oz drinks that were half way full. I am a big tipper but I tip after my experience.
