I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this location. Firstly, the people in the drive through are unfriendly like they’d rather be anywhere else. Secondly, I ordered a feta wrap and it was completely cold in the middle, which is unsafe and gross. Lastly, I came here today on 9/28 and the inside of the store was closed. As we were turned away, one of the baristas told another customer she could make his coffee and bring it out to him. today I got a Starbucks refresher which I've had many and it tasted like it was made in a dirty container I could taste some other flavor in it and on top of that it tasted watered down as if the employee made it the wrong size then just poured more water in it to make it the right size this is already a watery drink so that's saying something. the experience was a one star experience for me but I've been here other times and they did good so I put 3 instead. but this place is for sure hit or miss
Sam was probably the best starbucks barista I've had and I've had a lot of coffee. She was so friendly and social which I loved and she even stayed a few minutes late to make sure our drinks were made and tasted how my boyfriend and I wanted. This girl deserves and raise and promotion!
