I stopped by this Starbucks around 4:00 PM and had a really smooth experience using the drive-thru. The line moved quickly, which was a nice surprise, and the overall process felt efficient from start to finish. I was a bit disappointed with my visit to this Starbucks. Even though we were the only ones in the store, it took quite a while to get our drinks. Unfortunately, they also missed some flavorings and sauces we paid extra for; careless attention to detail. It was not a good experience. That said, the store itself was really clean and inviting, so it had a nice vibe. Lots of seating and plenty of space indoor and outdoor. Overall, just an average experience. Maybe it was an off day. I hope they can brighten things up next time.
The new Chai is absolutely disgusting! Do not order it.
