Most of the staff were great, but a man with glasses who I assume is a supervisor was noticeably hostile toward customers and especially his team. He didn’t let employees speak freely and constantly shut them down, which ruined the atmosphere. I left feeling uncomfortable, which isn’t what you expect from a place like Starbucks.
Came in to order a coffee and a snack. I asked the server for two cream and one stevia. SHe said I could do it myself. I asked her to do it please and she got pissed off and was rude to me. Didn't even acknowledge me. Put my coffee on the counter and walked away. Servers name was Emma.
