Placed an order through the app: a Crème Brulee Latte (extra hot, no whip, 6 pumps of sauce) and a Dragon Fruit Refresher with vanilla cold foam. The cold foam was missing, which was fixed on the spot, but the latte had whipped cream despite my instructions. I returned to have it corrected—no apology was offered. Solid Starbucks location. The staff were very pleasant and professional. There's typical Starbucks snacks to choose from. The line took a while to get through, but there was quite a rush on Sunday afternoon. There's a fair bit of seating, and the bathrooms are decent.
Went to this location for the first time today for a ham and Swiss croissant warmed up (I said it and they normally come warmed also.) Got it and it was ice cold.. there should be an option to get it refunded online since its not worth it to go back and get it warmed.
I was just at this Starbucks and the staff were amazing. I had placed a mobile order ahead of time and when I had gone in to grab it off the counter the staff was kind enough to stop me and inform me that they had run out of one of the toppings I had requested in my order and asked if there was another option I would like instead. The older lady thats usually there in the mornings is very rude and I've stopped going to this starbucks in the morning because of her.
