This has to be one of the slowest stores I’ve been too, a lot of standing around talking. I always put my orders in a little bit early depending on what the timeframe an app says it’s gonna take for the mobile order with this store. You have to put your mobile order in at least 10 minutes before you get to the store because even a five minute Headstart, I end up standing around for another 5+ minutes waiting for them to even start my order.
This is the second time that I came and I've been served by Elyssa. When it comes to employees in a service industry, she is definitely in the top one percent of all workers. I spent years as a secret shopper, so I know what I'm talking about. She is absolutely a keeper! She even encourages her team to do their best!
This Starbucks is my favourite one out of the many I have visited. They are always so friendly & talkative. They also make THE best pink drink!
Visited the Midland store on the evening of March 17/2026 (with no customers in store and nobody in the drive thru) and had the same Barista (tall, pony tail and baseball hat on) from previous visits tell me that “you just placed your order 3 mins ago and it takes 10-15 mins to complete your order.” We placed the order via the app, waited until a time was given as to when it would be ready and then showed up AFTER that time and talked to like we were too early and that it was an inconvenience to be there.
