One of the slowest Starbucks locations you’ll ever go to. Takes 20 minutes to get an iced coffee and thy are rude when you ask about your order.
Ordered the same Half Decaf SF-vanilla latte I always do. I get my latte today, and its 3 shades darker and taste like bitter coffee with milk. Thankfully they remade it but they used full blonde espresso so that was "great". For context, 1/2 Decaf is (shot/s signature + shot/s decaf) depending on size of drink
Great service! It was past my birthday but the manager still honored my free drink! Please promote this person! Customer focused.
Terrible service waited for a cup of coffee for over 30minutes and employees were very rude and unprofessional.
Today, I ordered the same drink I always get through the mobile app. The first version had no flavor, so I asked for it to be remade. The second one was so sweet it was undrinkable. By the third attempt, it finally tasted the way it should have the first time. To their credit, the staff remade the drinks. However, instead of simply doing so, they repeatedly told me I had added “too many things” to my order, which makes no sense, since I always order it the same way and more often than not it comes out perfectly fine.
