Shelteracism
Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I stopped by this Starbucks and was shocked by how rudely I was treated by a cashier named Rebecca (apparently she is a supervisor). I began my order by asking for two cups of water, but before I could even finish my sentence, she interrupted me sharply, saying, “You need to make a purchase for water.” She said this loudly and in front of several other customers, which was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. The Manager yesterday posed shocking treatment of a customer in public. She is so dumb that she went over and asked him to leave. He had terrets and she didn't know what to say when he disclosed his disorder. Not even an apology was in her ego. The bathrooms are heinous & I walked into one splattered with feces on the toilet seat and urine filled.
